Chris’s direct, insightful approach—combined with up-to-the-minute market knowledge—has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in all market conditions. Prior to founding American Value Realty in 2014, he held senior positions at leading commercial real estate firms, where he recognized the need for a more personalized, client-focused approach often missing at larger brokerages.
Chris holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation– a prestigious credential earned by only 10% of the approximately 150,000 commercial real estate investment professionals in the U.S.–signifying his commitment to excellence and industry leadership.
